NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS

Company Name: Codirect Fulfillment Centre Zambia

Location: Chalala, Shantumbu Road, Lusaka

Codirect Fulfillment Centre Zambia is looking for motivated, hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team in the following departments:

1. CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Required Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Service, Communications or a related field.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Reliable, confident and professional when communicating with customers.

2. FOLLOW-UP OFFICERS

Required Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Operations Management or a related field.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to track and follow up on pending, scheduled and unsuccessful deliveries.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics or customer service is an added advantage.

3. WAREHOUSE / INVENTORY OFFICERS

Required Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management or a related field.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Experience in stock taking and warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to receive, verify, organize and dispatch stock.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement.
• Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable and physically capable of working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

SALARY

K3,000 per month

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Applicants based in or around Chalala, Chilenje, Libala and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply, as proximity to the workplace is important.
