Job description
SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Officer is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a professional, seamless customer experience. The role prepares quotations, tracks orders, follows up on payments, drives marketing initiatives, and ensures overall customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and confirm receipt of payments
- Update clients regularly on job progress and timelines
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Promote new services, products, and special offers
- Plan and support marketing initiatives and campaigns as required
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of printing services
- Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related systems)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
