Carlys Christian Academy, a Christ-centred learning institution in Pine Grove, Ndola, is seeking passionate, dedicated and God-fearing teachers for the 2026 academic year.

POSITION
Preschool Teacher and/or Lower Primary Teacher (Grade 1 and above)

SCHOOL ADDRESS
Plot 5760, Pine Grove Area, Ndola

KEY DUTIES
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Preschool or Lower Primary learners
• Complete lesson plans, schemes and records of work, assessment records and report cards
• Create a safe, loving and disciplined Christian learning environment
• Monitor learner progress and support slow learners
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organisation
• Participate in school meetings, devotions, parents’ meetings and school events
• Uphold the school’s Christian values and ethos

REQUIREMENTS
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education
• Proven ability to teach Preschool or Lower Primary (Grades 1–4)
• Ability to handle all required school paperwork and documentation
• Must be a born-again Christian with good moral standing and a love for children
• Patient, caring and creative, with good communication skills
• Must reside in or be willing to commute from Kawama, Habitat or Pine Grove; preference will be given to candidates living nearby
• Teaching Council of Zambia registration is an added advantage
• Similar teaching experience is an added advantage
