Job description
Choice Corporate Services Limited (CCSL) is hiring an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our corporate secretarial and governance advisory practice here in Zambia.
We’re looking for a senior-level candidate with strong experience in:
🔹 Corporate and commercial law
🔹 Company secretarial matters and compliance (PACRA, ZICA-aligned governance frameworks)
🔹 Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
🔹 General corporate advisory support to a diverse client base
