🐜 We’re Hiring – Operations Manager (Pest Control, Zambia)
Looking for a dynamic leader to join our team!
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee pest control service delivery, ensure compliance with ZEMA and ZRA regulations, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
– Lead daily pest control operations and technician teams
– Ensure compliance with chemical safety and VAT invoicing
– Manage client contracts and deliver top-notch service
– Oversee inventory, fleet logistics, and emergency response
– Support business growth with operational insights
What We’re Looking For
– Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field
– 5+ years’ operations management experience (pest control preferred)
– Strong leadership, compliance, and financial skills
