Job description
The receptionist will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution. The role involves answering phone calls, receiving visitors, managing records and correspondence, supporting academic and non-academic departments, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management and any other related field of study in management.
At least 5 years’ proven work experience in administration, office management, or institutional administration.
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, records management, and organisational coordination.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management systems.
