JOB ADVERTISEMENT – MULTIPLE POSITIONS

A reputable and growing organization is looking for suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. ASSISTANT BUSINESS COORDINATOR

Location: Ndola

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Practical experience in international trade and bonded warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of import and export procedures, customs documentation, and logistics operations.
  • Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily business and operational activities.
  • Support import and export transactions and international trade processes.
  • Assist with bonded warehouse operations, stock records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, clearing agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records.

2. SALES & MARKETING PERSONNEL

Location: Kitwe

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in aquaculture and fish trading will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, and market development.
  • Ability to identify new markets and develop business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and develop new customers and markets for fish and aquaculture products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research and monitor market trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and meet agreed sales targets.
  • Promote the organization’s products and services.

3. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Location: To be determined

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good time-management and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general office activities.
  • Assist management with administrative and operational duties.
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of company records.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for all positions must be at least Diploma holders and have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience. Candidates with additional qualifications and relevant industry experience will have an added advantage.
