Project Manager

Job description

To oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Monitor project progress, prepare internal and external reports, and manage risks.
• Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Registration: Must hold a valid practicing certificate and current EIZ membership. (Proof required).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector.
• Certification: PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Detailed, signed CV.
• Certified copies of academic certificates.
• Copy of valid EIZ registration certificate and practicing license.
• Copy of NRC/Passport.
