Job description
WE ARE HIRING: LOAN CONSULTANTS (3 POSITIONS)
đź“Ť Location: Solwezi, Zambia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, assess, and process loan applications
- Conduct client due diligence & credit risk assessments
- Promote loan products to grow the client portfolio
- Manage client relationships & support loan repayments/recoveries
- Meet sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in sales, lending, or microfinance is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Solwezi’s local business environment
- Excellent communication, sales, & negotiation skills
- Must be based in Solwezi (or willing to relocate)
