<h3>Purchasing Lead</h3><p>Epiroc is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Purchasing Lead to lead and optimise purchasing processes while ensuring the timely, cost-effective and compliant procurement of goods and services.</p><p><strong>Functional Area:</strong> Supply Chain and Sourcing<br><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Onsite</p><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.</li><li>CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply or equivalent.</li><li>Membership of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply.</li></ul><h3>Experience Required</h3><ul><li>At least eight years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.</li><li>Proven experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement principles and purchasing processes.</li><li>Experience in inventory management, procurement compliance and internal controls.</li><li>Vendor-onboarding experience.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Apply through the official Epiroc Careers platform.</p><p><strong>Application deadline: 24 August 2026.</strong></p>
