<h3>Operations Manager</h3>
<p>Right to Care Zambia is recruiting an Operations Manager for its Lusaka office.</p>
<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, Operations, Public Administration or a related field.</li><li>At least five years of relevant experience.</li><li>Paid-up membership of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.</li><li>Valid Class C1 or higher driver’s licence.</li></ul>
<h3>Added Advantages</h3>
<ul><li>A relevant master’s degree or Certificate of Professional Competence.</li><li>Experience managing fleet, fuel, insurance, assets, inventory, vendors and contracts.</li></ul>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Oversee travel, fleet, logistics, administration, inventory, contracts and assets.</li><li>Manage insurance, fuel controls, operational reporting and compliance.</li><li>Maintain safety standards, supervise staff and manage service providers.</li><li>Strengthen systems, controls and efficient delivery across operations.</li></ul>
