<h3>Customer Services Assistant</h3>
<p>Lukanga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited invites applications for a permanent and pensionable Customer Services Assistant position in Mukonchi.</p>
<h3>Job Purpose</h3>
<p>To manage the water reticulation system and customer service activities, including meter reading, water production and treatment, attending to customers, minor leak repairs, reporting, stakeholder engagement and supporting business growth.</p>
<h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<ul><li>School Certificate.</li><li>Craft Certificate in Water Operations or equivalent.</li><li>At least two years of relevant experience.</li></ul>
<h3>Personal Attributes</h3>
<ul><li>Self-motivated and innovative.</li><li>Strong team player.</li></ul>
