Job description
St. Dominic’s Boys Secondary School is recruiting a Teacher of Religious Education / English.
St. Dominic’s is a private boys’ boarding Catholic school run by the Franciscan Missionary Brothers of Service, with an emphasis on academic excellence and moral and spiritual values.
JOB SUMMARY
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience
• Good oral and written interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputable university
• Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia
• Valid Teaching Council of Zambia practising licence
• A committed Christian with a deep understanding and appreciation of Catholic values
