Job description
Longhorn Insurance Brokers Limited is inviting applications for the position of General Manager in Lusaka.
Number of positions: 1
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
REQUIREMENTS
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, CA, ACCA, CIMA or another business-related field
• An MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience across insurance, investments and financial management, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership
• In-depth knowledge of the Zambian insurance market, regulatory environment and industry best practices
• Must meet the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) fit-and-proper requirements for the role
