Job description
Caravel Partners Zambia Ltd, is wealth management company regulated by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). It is also a member of the Capital Markets Association of Zambia (CMAZ). The financial Institution provides very superior offshore investment products and services to both retail and corporate clients in USD/GBP/EUR. Some of the firm’s key products include lump-sum investments, both sophisticated fund-based portfolios and fixed income; regular savings plans and UK/UAE property, along with other related concierge services.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
As a regulated and self-employed Investment Advisor with the status of consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in Lusaka and elsewhere. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and, most importantly, achieving sales targets. You are not a pen-pusher or a 9-5 office worker – we need hunters ONLY. Your earnings potential in USD / ZMW is very serious and is therefore earned on a basic salary + commission-basis only.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve personal KPI sales targets by identifying and closing potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Report to the Sales Director as required.
Requirements
You already hold the ZCPIT Investment Advisor and Stockbroker qualification as well as having completed Grade 12 secondary education and a tertiary education.
You will join the Capital Markets Association of Zambia before appointment is confirmed.
Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in the financial sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on innovation and market growth.
Experience in delivering on KPIs is crucial.
