We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities for substation works on a High Voltage Project. The role will focus on supervising daily site activities, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and supporting safe, high-quality project delivery.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise daily substation civil works on site.
• Monitor contractor workmanship, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review site progress and identify risks, delays, or non-conformances.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee key civil activities.
• Verify quality control practices, including inspections and testing of civil works.
• Uphold site health and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily site records and contribute to weekly progress reporting.
• Ensure construction activities meet project schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Verify quantities, site records, and completed works for reporting and certification.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning preparation, and handover activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a civil supervision role on substation projects.
• Good understanding of civil quality control, HSE compliance, and contractor supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
