Job Description:

KOAS Corporation Limited is looking for motivated, results-oriented, and professional Marketing Officers to join our team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, sourcing tenders, RFQs and other business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify relevant tenders, RFQs, quotations, and other business opportunities.
• Monitor procurement platforms, company websites, and other relevant sources for new opportunities.
• Identify and engage potential clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote KOAS Corporation Limited’s products and services.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tenders, RFQs, and client engagements.
• Prepare regular marketing activity and opportunity reports.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Work towards achieving assigned marketing and business development targets.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Procurement, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or tender/RFQ sourcing and Knowledge of tender and procurement processes will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, organized, professional, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to conduct field work and meet clients.
