General Waorker (Warehouse Attendants) X3

Job description

o  To keep the office and warehouse premises and properties neat and clean.

o  To pack and load the goods, whenever there are dispatches.

o  To pick and pack the goods for orders received & movement between warehouses.

o  To assist in stock taking as and when directed.

o  To accompany delivery van whenever directed in order to off load goods to parties.

o  Loading and unloading goods as and when they arrive or being dispatched.

o  Handling returned/ Expired goods and filing the relevant supporting documents

o  Updating the Stock Card when picking the goods

Records Maintenance & Filing the Picklist and Other relevant documents

o  To Assist t in Verification of goods during Dispatch

o  To arrange Stocks on the shelf to ease the picking and supplies

o  Handing Returned Goods & preparation of Goods return Receipt

o  Handing Expired, Damaged and Obsolete Goods and preparation of relevant document

o  Any other relevant work assigned to perform from time to time by superiors.

Other Responsibilities:

1.               Undertake any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the Superiors.

2.               Ensure all duties are conducted within the code of conduct and compliance policies of the Phillips Pharma Group.

3.              Endeavour to continuously improve one self.
