Job description
Lodge Assistant Manager
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional hospitality certification is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all lodge operations.
- Manage staff performance and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare operational budgets and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
- Drive business growth and profitability.
