Job description

Kinetic Solutions Ltd, a wholly Zambian-owned engineering and contracting firm specializing in renewable energy, high-voltage power lines, and telecommunications infrastructure, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its talent pool for current and upcoming EPC projects.

Employment Type: Project-Based / Future Project Deployment
Locations: Lusaka, Copperbelt, Northern Province and North-Western Province, Zambia

– Site Manager
– Site Foreman
– General Foreman
– Engineer (Electrical / Renewable Energy)
– Electrical Installers
– Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Officer
– Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer
– Social Welfare Officer
– Quality Control Officer

Minimum Requirements
– Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications.
– Engineers must have a valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) registration and practising certificate.
– Supervisory personnel must be registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC).
– Electrical Installers must possess a valid Electrician’s Licence and Trade Certificate.
– OHS/EHS and Social Welfare Officers must have relevant qualifications and active professional memberships.
– Proven experience in electrical power systems, solar PV installations, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
– Clean disciplinary record and medically fit to work in demanding outdoor environments.

Required Documents
– Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
– Certified copies of academic certificates.
– Professional registration cards, including EIZ/NCC where applicable.
– Current Tax Clearance Certificate.

Important Note
Engineers, supervisors, and electrical installers are encouraged to ensure their CVs follow the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) LN.FM-057 prescribed format.
