Position: CRM Executive

Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Zambia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated CRM executive to join our team and lead customer relationship initiatives aimed at improving retention, engagement, and lifetime value. As a CRM executive, you will manage customer communications, promotions, and data analysis to drive customer loyalty for our small yet growing betting company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and monitor targeted CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) focused on customer retention and engagement.
Manage customer segmentation and create personalized offers to encourage repeat deposits and loyalty.
Analyse customer data to identify trends, optimize customer journeys, and maximize ROI on CRM activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Handle customer feedback with customer support teams’ assistance and resolve issues to improve overall satisfaction.
Regularly report on CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or qualification in marketing, business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in CRM, ideally within the gaming or betting industry.
Strong understanding of customer data analysis and CRM systems.
Experience in creating and managing customer journeys, loyalty programs, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a small, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the Zambian betting market is a plus.

Key Skills:

Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools).
Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
High attention to detail with a focus on improving customer experiences.
