The Head of Sales & Marketing with lead Fiete’s revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. The key responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, and market research.

Job Summary

The Head of Sales & Marketing will directs both departments to turn market demand into actual sales. This senior role sets sales targets, builds brand awareness, and reports directly to top company executives. 

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy: Create plans to launch new products, set pricing, and reach revenue goals.
• Leadership: Hire, train, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets.
• Market Analysis: Study local market trends and competitor actions to find new business opportunities.
• Budgeting: Manage departmental spending and track return on investment for all campaigns. 

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of senior experience in sales, marketing, or client management. Experience in oil and gas will be an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis, public speaking, and negotiation abilities.
