Job description
The International Hospital of Zambia (IHZ) – Fairview is seeking a skilled and dedicated renal nurse to join its growing clinical team.
Requirements
– Registered Nurse with a valid practising licence.
– Critical care nurse certificate is an added advantage.
– Proven experience in renal nursing and haemodialysis.
– Competent in operating and troubleshooting dialysis machines.
– Sound knowledge of renal patient assessment, care planning, and management.
– Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) is essential.
– Ability to monitor patients during dialysis and promptly identify and manage complications.
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centred care skills.
