Location: Lusaka Zambia

1. Head of School (1 Position)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Secondary Education, or a related field.
Requirements:
-40 years of age or older.
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the education sector, including leadership and school management.
-Demonstrated ability to lead academic excellence, staff development, and school operations.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
2. Primary School Educators (6 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Primary Education.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education is an added advantage.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
-Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
-Strong communication and learner assessment skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
3. Early Childhood Educators (6 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
-Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in Early Childhood Education.
-Knowledge of child-centred and play-based learning approaches.
-Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
4. Music and Arts Teachers (3 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Music, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
-Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
-Ability to teach music, visual arts, and creative performance.
-Ability to organize school performances, concerts, and exhibitions.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
5. Chinese Language Teachers (3 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma or Degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Studies, Education, or a related field.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in Chinese Language.
-Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
-Experience teaching children in an international or primary school environment is an added advantage.
-Strong communication and classroom management skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration (where applicable).
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
6. Reading Teachers (4 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education.
-Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
-Proven track record of successfully helping learners develop strong reading and literacy skills.
-Knowledge of phonics-based reading programmes and early literacy development.
-Ability to assess reading levels and implement intervention programmes.
-Excellent communication and learner support skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
7. Special Needs Teachers (4 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting learners with diverse learning needs.
-Proven ability to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
-Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
8. Teacher Assistants (4 Positions)
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
-Ability to support classroom teaching and learner supervision.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence/registration.
-Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit.
