What You Will Do
– Assist and support clients.
– Handle customer enquiries.
– Process applications accurately.
– Deliver excellent customer service.
Who We Are Looking For
– Grade 12 Certificate.
– Diploma or Degree preferred.
– Strong communication skills.
– Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
– Customer service or banking experience is an advantage.
