Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy and/or aesthetic treatments, including facials, skincare, and body treatments.
- Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring each client has a relaxing and positive experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room presentation.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure all equipment and products are used safely and according to established procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification or professional training in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, beauty clinic, physiotherapy practice, or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
