Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing IT support services across the hygiene products and washing powder manufacturing plants, including but not limited to:

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers, desktops, operating systems, and application software.
  • Providing end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment, including switches, wireless controllers, and wireless access points (APs).
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, including camera installation, NVR setup, and system troubleshooting.
  • Performing network cable termination and ensuring proper network connectivity.
  • Conducting routine inspections, monitoring network performance, and carrying out preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.
  • Supporting the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems to ensure stable and efficient business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
  • CCNA certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems, including NVR configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of network cable termination, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring, fault diagnosis, and routine IT infrastructure inspections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
