1. Front Desk Operators

Position: Front Desk Operator (Full time and Internship)

Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels

Twalumba Resort and Hotels is looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Operators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests.
• Handle reservations, bookings and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous front office experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

2. General Workers

Position: General Worker

Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels

We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Workers to support the daily operations of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the resort premises.
• Assist with landscaping, loading, and general maintenance duties.
• Support various departments as required.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

3. Bartenders

Position: Bartender

Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels

We are looking for energetic and experienced Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol.

Requirements

• Certificate in Food & Beverage or Hospitality is an added advantage.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4. Housekeepers

Position: Housekeeper

Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels

Twalumba Resort and Hotels is inviting applications from dedicated Housekeepers committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Replace linens and replenish room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Zipline Operator

Position: Zipline Operator

Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels

Are you adventurous, safety-conscious, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? Join our team as a Zipline Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety briefings for guests.
• Inspect and maintain zipline equipment before each operation.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Assist guests with harness fitting and equipment use.
• Monitor zipline activities and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate operational and safety records.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Training or certification in adventure activities, outdoor recreation, first aid, or occupational safety is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
