Job description

Icypeed Logistics is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments from customers and issue official receipts.
• Accurately process cash, mobile money, bank trans fers, and POS transactions.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate daily cash records and prepare reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with the accounts and operations departments regarding customer payments.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• A diploma in accounting/business administration or a similar field
•  0-1 year experience as a Cashier or in a related role
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
•  Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
