Innoray Limited is hiring for the position of Finance.

Education and Qualifications
– Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
– Advantage: ACCA, ZICA, CIMA certification.
– Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits including Math and English.

Key Skills
– Bookkeeping, journals, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
– Tracking company expenses, preparing budgets for materials, production, and salaries.
– PAYE, VAT, and WHT knowledge for Zambia Revenue Authority.
– MS Excel including pivot tables and formulas, plus QuickBooks, Pastel, or SAP.
– Payments, receipts, reconciliations, and petty cash.
– Monthly management accounts, variance analysis, cost of goods sold for wood products.

Experience
– 1-3 years in finance, accounting, or audit role preferred.
– Experience in manufacturing, retail, or medical equipment company.
– Handling supplier payments and customer invoicing.

– High integrity and able to handle company money.
– Analytical and good with numbers.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Confidential and trustworthy.
– Good communication to explain financial information to non-finance managers.
