Atlas Workforce is hiring a Production Manager for Lusaka / Mine Operations.

Position: Production Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Lusaka / Mine Operations

In this pivotal role, the Production Manager will oversee all aspects of gold mine production, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction and processing of ore. As a leader on-site, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and maintain strict compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a closely related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in gold mining operations, including at least 2 years in a senior production or supervisory role.
– Strong hands-on knowledge of mining methods, both open-pit and underground, and modern gold extraction processes.
– Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities to handle complex operational challenges.
– Deep familiarity with local mining and environmental regulatory frameworks.
