Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- Plan, prioritize and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
- Conduct customer calls in line with approved call schedules.
- Achieve volume, market share and distribution targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure effective in-trade execution including availability, pricing, visibility and promotions.
- Generate customer orders and complete sales administration accurately and on time.
- Conduct in-trade audits and ensure POSM is properly deployed and collected.
- Utilize sales and information systems effectively to track performance.
- Control expenditure within approved budgets.
- Uphold company standards, policies and corporate image.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales.
- At least one (1) year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment.
- Ideal: Three (3) or more years’ experience in FMCG sales.
- Valid driver’s licence.
