About the role
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about finance and logistics administration? We are looking for a Settlement Clerk to join our team and ensure accurate settlements, efficient financial controls, and smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily sales settlements accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Manage driver settlements and maintain accurate driver accounts.
- Perform daily and monthly closing of driver loads.
- Resolve customer and driver queries promptly.
- Process settlement corrections and maintain relevant registers.
- Ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is complete and accurate.
- Prepare credit notes, invoices, and other settlement documentation.
- Support the Distribution team by ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
- Certificate in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or Finance is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, finance, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, or a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
