SARO Agro Industrial Limited, a leading supplier of agricultural, mining, industrial, and construction equipment in Zambia, is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals to join the Earth Moving Equipment Division.

Position: Earth Moving Machinery Sales Engineer x2

Key Responsibilities
– Promote and sell earth moving machinery and related equipment.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities.
– Conduct customer visits and equipment demonstrations.
– Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.
– Provide technical advice on equipment selection and applications.
– Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
– Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Plant Engine
