Job Summary

Vivd Graphix is looking for a dedicated and reliable Printing and Branding Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heat press machines and cutting plotters, preparing artwork for production, assisting with branding and printing projects, and running company errands when required. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate heat press machines for T-shirt, mug, and promotional item branding.

* Operate cutting plotters for vinyl cutting, stickers, labels, and signage.

* Design, prepare, and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW.

* Prepare materials for printing and branding jobs.

* Weed, mask, and apply vinyl to various surfaces.

* Assist with signage production, installation, and finishing.

* Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

* Maintain cleanliness and proper care of equipment and the work environment.

* Run company errands, including deliveries, collections, and purchasing materials.

* Assist with stock control and inventory management.

* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Requirements

* Proven experience operating heat press machines and cutting plotters is mandatory.

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW is mandatory.

* Ability to prepare and edit artwork for printing and cutting.

* Basic computer skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
