Job description
- Support the sales team in meeting sales goals and targets.
- Prepare sales reports and administrative documents as required.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Welcome and assist customers interested in purchasing trucks vehicles.
- Provide customers with information about truck specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Maintain proper records of customer information and sales activities.
- Assist in marketing and promoting trucks through social media, phone calls, and customer visits.
- Support after-sales customer service and coordinate customer feedback.
