Technician – Home Appliances Repair

Tesla Zambia, empowered by Sbeity Computer Limited, is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Home Appliances Repair Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair home appliances, including:
• Microwaves
• Refrigerators and Freezers
• Washing Machines
• Dishwashers
• Electric Ovens
• Cookers
• Air Conditioners
• Water Dispensers
• Vacuum Cleaners
• Other household electrical appliances
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of appliances.
• Install and commission electrical home appliances where required.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer service and technical support.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in repairing home appliances.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
