About the Role

The heavy Equipment Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring a positive customer experience by:

• Assisting in identifying and developing new customer leads
• Supporting sales activities and preparing quotations, proposals and presentations
• Following up with customers and providing product information
• Maintaining customer records and updating the sales database
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sale operations
• Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Passion for sales and the heavy equipment industry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment products and the industry
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have field experience and Client acquisition
