Job description
MERFAR GROUP is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Auto Mechanic & Electrician.
Location: Solwezi, Zambia
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ZMW 5,000 – ZMW 8,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct planned servicing of company vehicles.
– Carry out repair works on vehicle breakdowns.
– Respond promptly to breakdowns (on-call services).
– Perform preventive maintenance on the company fleet.
– Prepare investigation reports for every vehicle breakdown.
– Maintain and update fleet service schedules.
– Report directly to the Logistics Controller.
Requirements
– Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
– Valid manual driver’s licence.
– Minimum 2 years’ experience working on Nissan, Toyota, Honda, and Ford vehicles.
– Ability to operate vehicle diagnostic machines.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Commitment to quality and safety.
– Computer literate.
