Prime Location Properties Limited is looking for ambitious, energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Generate and convert sales leads

✔️ Conduct property site visits and client consultations

✔️ Promote residential land developments

✔️ Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns

✔️ Build client relationships through networking and referrals

✔️ Prepare sales proposals and payment plans

✔️ Negotiate and close sales

✔️ Maintain accurate client records

✔️ Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

✔️ Represent the company at exhibitions and community events

Minimum Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate

* Property sales experience is an added advantage

* Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Computer literate

* Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business

* Self-motivated and target-driven

* Driver’s licence is an added advantage
