Sales & Marketing Officer

NextCon Engineering Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Promote the Company’s Telecommunications, Fibre optic, WiFi, LAN, CCTV, ICT, Construction and Engineering solutions.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments.

* Support the Company’s marketing, branding, and social media activities.

Minimum Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing.

* Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking, Engineering, or Construction is an added advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s licence.

* Must be willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
