Warehouse Assistant (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Valid practicing license from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

General Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
