Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate and convert sales leads
✔ Conduct property site visits and client consultations
✔ Promote residential land developments
✔ Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
✔ Build client relationships through networking and referrals

✔ Prepare sales proposals and payment plans
✔ Negotiate and close sales
✔ Maintain accurate client records
✔ Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
✔ Represent the company at exhibitions and community events

Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate
• Property sales experience is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Driver’s licence is an added advantage
