Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Prime Location Properties
Prime Location Properties Limited is one of Lusaka’s fastest growing real estate development and sales companies, specializing in residential land subdivisions, property sales, and estate management.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, strengthen our brand, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
✔ Lead, coach and manage the Sales & Marketing team
✔ Achieve revenue and sales targets
✔ Oversee digital marketing, branding and lead generation
✔ Build relationships with key clients and investors
✔ Monitor KPIs and sales performance
✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✔ Coordinate property expos, campaigns and promotional activities
✔ Manage CRM systems and sales reporting
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Professional certifications (CIM, Sales Management or ZIEA) are an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Real estate experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing
• Valid driver’s licence
