Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence?

Natural Kurls Limited is looking for an exceptional Chief Operations Officer to lead and oversee the operations of our growing multi-branch business.

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee all branch operations
– Lead and support Branch Managers
– Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance
– Ensure operational excellence and policy compliance
– Monitor customer experience and service quality
– Conduct branch audits and inspections
– Improve efficiency and business performance

Minimum Qualifications
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations or Multi-Branch Management
– Proven leadership and people management skills
– Strong understanding of sales, KPIs, budgeting and business performance
– Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in the beauty, retail or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
