As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Account Manager** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses in collaboration with technical teams.
* Develop and execute account growth strategies.
* Conduct client visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
* Coordinate project handovers between clients and engineering teams.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
* Support contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and managed service opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
* Experience selling ICT, engineering, telecommunications, or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
