Job Description
To provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants and Cash Migration Official in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth running of functional areas
RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
• Applies product knowledge to achieve all sales results.
• Lead generation.
• Attention to details to avoid processing errors and losses
• Identify and utilise opportunities to increase market share.
• Applies product knowledge to achieve sales results.

• Sales revenue / sales budget
• Grow existing customer portfolios by cross selling.
• Cost efficiencies by migrating customers to eChannels.
Customer
• Engage with the customers in a professional way as specified in the service standards
• Ensure customers’ needs and expectations are understood
• Process the customers’ requests in an efficient, caring and accurate manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Deal with all customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved timely to the satisfaction of customers
• Ensure Banks Brand values are practiced
• Guide and educate clients on the different eChannel’s available suited for their needs

Process
• Adherence to FNB Golden Rules, policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines in the process of discharging duties
• Execute activities within risk and compliance requirements
• Approve, validate, verify, check and authorize Frontline activities
People
• Achieve competence against all key result areas required.
• Ensure annual / sick leave is updated on Oracle as well as all required support documents for leave
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics,
2. Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
