ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Carry out the day-to-day HSSEQ operations and provide technical support to ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality management systems.
- Plan, coordinate and implement HSSEQ campaigns, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate internal and external HSSEQ audits, supporting planning, execution, reporting, and close-out of corrective actions to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and company requirements.
- Monitor, track, and report HSSEQ compliance, proactively identifying and escalating deviations to minimize risks and improve performance.
- Lead and facilitate incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSSEQ records, reports, and statutory documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, response planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide HSSEQ guidance and support to operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe execution of daily activities.
- Monitor HSSEQ performance indicators and prepare monthly reports to support management decision-making and continual improvement.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in data management.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment.
- Experience and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301.
- Exceptional skills in written report writing.
