Job Vacancy: Crop Farm Supervisor

Goldenlay Agri Limited is looking for a hands-on, proactive, and experienced Crop Farm Supervisor to join the team in Luanshya. If you have a passion for large-scale commercial farming, strong mechanical skills, and are ready to help drive a massive 650-hectare irrigation expansion project, Goldenlay Agri Limited wants to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Crop Management: Full ownership of planning, execution, and performance for maize, soya beans, and wheat.
Irrigation & Expansion: Operate centre pivots and help oversee major expansion projects, including bush clearing, dam construction, pivot installation, and drainage.
Machinery & Mechanics: Operate, service, and troubleshoot heavy farm machinery, including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvesters, with a strong focus on John Deere equipment.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate operators and seasonal workers.
Operations: Handle budgeting, input planning, field scouting, soil health monitoring, and compliance.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial row cropping with direct supervisory experience.
Proven experience with centre pivot irrigation systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge, specifically troubleshooting John Deere machinery.
Ability to operate all standard farm equipment.
Capable of working independently under pressure.
