Service Desk Support Engineer – Dimension Data

Company: Dimension Data
Location: Ndola / Lusaka
Job Type: Contract

Role Overview
Responsible for end user support on day-to-day queries related to laptops, computers, printers, Wi-Fi and mobile phones. Also assist users to log tickets for software issues.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve tickets timeously to ensure SLA is not breached.
Quality assurance management on all call assessments.
Deliver excellent customer service to avoid escalations, complaints, and reopened calls.
Ensure IT/Tech support standards via centralized help desk function.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Proficiency in help desk support.
Understanding of technical design principles.
